BOOKING GUIDELINES
1. Advance reservation is required and is subject to villa and flight availability. Kindly send booking details to reservations@cauayanresort.com.
2. Accomplished Booking Order shall be sent to Cauayan Island Resort Sales and Reservations indicating all-important details, such as passenger names, number of passengers, weight per person, birthdates, travel dates (going/return), and all needed requirements.
3. Travel Requirements per Local Government Unit (LGU) guidelines must be submitted to us 72 hours prior of the flight departure. All documents will be submitted to Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) for us to get a clearance to fly.
4. Upon receipt of the booking order, Cauayan Island Resort Sales and Reservations will send a Statement of Account (SOA) with an update of the flight booking/corresponding option dates (through return email).
5. All bookings shall be finalized on or before the given option date. If not, booking will automatically be released/cancelled.
FLIGHT VIA AIRTRAV
AIRCRAFT DESCRIPTION
AirTrav fleet aircraft is composed of a brand-new Cessna Grand Caravan EX Amphibian that can take off and land on both land and water.The plane only sits up to 8 passengers per flight and we guarantee that all passengers get window seats to enjoy an aerial view.
Max Payload El Nido: 547.2 kilos/1,204 lbs. (passengers with baggage)
Seat Allocation: Allocation Maximum 8 seats per flight
Ticket Time Limit: Upon finalization of Flight Operations, flight schedule per week/month due to slotting approval
Ticket Validity: Valid on specified date/s only
Applicable Days: Daily flight except for 1-day maintenance day per week
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Capacity: Can seat up to 8 seats per flight to a new normal setup plus the additional baggage weight of the passengers.
2. Booking Changes: Any booking changes on names, number of persons and other guest details must be done no less than 7 days before the prior scheduled flight.
3. Pre-departure: Passengers must be at the designated Airtrav Terminal at least 45 ʹ 30 minutes before departure. Check-in must be completed 30 minutes before departure. The aircraft will close doors 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
4. Valid ID: For verification purposes, passengers must present one (1) government-issued valid ID that matches the name on the passenger's itinerary. For senior citizens and persons with disability, the OSCA ID and PWD ID must be presented upon check-in.
5. Baggage: The first 10 kgs of baggage is included in the airfare. Any excess subject to the pilot’s discretion.
6. Passenger Weight: Due to the weight and balance limitations of the aircraft, specific weights of each passenger and their baggage will be asked for fuel computation. This information will be kept confidential and strictly for operational requirements only.
7. Schedule Changes: Flight Schedule is subject to change 24hrs before the flight at our Flight Operations' discretion. The times reflected on the ticket, timetables, or elsewhere are approximate and not guaranteed. There is a particular time fixed for the commencement or completion of carriage and may be changed as circumstances may warrant. Airtrav, however, will exert reasonable efforts to notify affected passengers of any change or postponement of the flight scheduled through the contact details that the Passenger provided at the time of booking.
8. Flight Delays: ͞"Delay" is when a flight has been deferred to a later time than its scheduled time and such scheduled time has not been changed in advance by Airtrav. Snacks and drinks amounting to no more than PHP 250.00 per passenger will be provided by Airtrav if the delay is more than one hour.
9. Direct pick-up or drop-off to the island is subject to weather and water conditions. In the event of inclement weather, the pick-up or drop-off point will be relocated to Lio Airport.
10. Flight Rerouting: Subject to the approval of the management. Flight reroute may apply from Coron going to Boracay or vice versa.
11. Insurance: AirTrav is solely responsible for each of the passenger’s travel/accident insurance.
12. At any time, after the booking has been made, Airtrav PH may cancel, terminate, divert, postpone, reschedule, or delay any flight for reasons of safety, commercial, maintenance, operational, or for such reasons which are beyond our control.
13. Cancellation/No Show Policy:
All guaranteed and paid bookings are non-refundable.
All confirmed/guaranteed guest accommodations shall be subject to a penalty upon cancellation:
* Cancellation Charges:
Non-Peak Season: 100% of total charges, 31 days or less prior to arrival
Peak Season: 100% of total charges, 45 days or less prior to arrival
For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused roomnight/s shall be non-refundable
In case of a “No Show”, the full amount equivalent to the total number of guaranteed nights of the reservation shall be charged.
14. Rebooking Policy:
A guaranteed and paid booking may be re-booked without penalty up to 31 days prior to check-in for non-Peak and 45 days prior to the guest check-in date for PeakSeason.

If incase rebooking is due to voluntary cancellations, there will be are booking fee amounting to PHP 2,000.00 per way per person.
15. Force Majeure: In case of fortuitous events, Acts of God or any condition beyond our control Cauayan Island Resort and Airtrav shall not be liable for failure to deliver services, including unused rooms and missed flights, some of which may result in missed international connections. By acknowledging this agreemen both carriers shall not refund the payment for failureto execute arrangements specified herein. Any additional expense shall be borne by he passenger for changes brought about by road, weather,and local conditions
BILLING ARRANGEMENT
1. All confirmed bookings should be fully settled on or before the option dategiven.
2.For Bank Deposit payments, deposit slip copymust be emailed to reservations@cauayanresort.comand should be acknowledged by the Sales & Reservation Officer or Accounting Officer.

12 years old and above are considered adults.
Children 6 -11 years old shall be charged PHP 5,500 child per night. The rate is inclusive of breakfast and transfers.
Children 5 years old and below are free of charge if sharing bed with adult/s or require a crib. If a child requires a separate bed, an extra child rate will be applied.
